CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders are shipped with our carrier partner Passport, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. Click HERE for Passport's Terms of Service. ANNA QUAN cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to ANNA QUAN, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

PROCESSING

1.1 Once you have paid for the goods in full (including the cost of shipping and any customization), and the funds have cleared, ANNA QUAN will arrange for delivery of the purchased goods to the location specified by you.

1.2 You must ensure that any person who receives the goods at the specified delivery location is authorized by you to receive the goods.

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS

1.4 ANNA QUAN will use its best endeavors to ensure that goods are delivered by the estimated date of delivery, but this is not a guarantee – ANNA QUAN accepts no liability for any loss or cost to you if there is a delay in delivery for any reason.

1.5 Delivery time does not factor in any customs delays.

4.6 Risk and title in the goods shall pass to you upon receipt of payment for the goods by ANNA QUAN.
